I analyse your existing house, design a floor plan that responds to how you actually live, and deliver it in a format you can take to a draftsman or builder. Some clients stop here. That's fine.

Deliverable:

• Initial Design Brief: We start with a thorough discussion to capture your vision, needs, and the way you live.

• Design Review: We will review your home and its site surroundings and provide you with some exceptions on what we can ‘actually’ design for your home.

• Floor Plan: We draw up your house in CAD, and begin to design your renovation guided by your brief. You will recieve a floor plan of your existing home, and 2 design options that best demonstrated your brief, how you want to live and your budget.
