This is where the house becomes yours.
Stage 03 is the full interior five spaces, designed and signed off one room at a time. Kitchen, bathroom, ensuite, laundry, and one additional space of your choice. Every material, every joinery decision, every finish direction worked through properly with a video walkthrough for each space so you understand exactly what you're getting and why.
This is not a mood board service. By the time Stage 03 is finished, your builder and draftsman receive a fully resolved set of 2D elevations and an updated floor plan. They don't need to interpret anything. They just need to document it and build it.

Stage 03 follows Stages 01 and 02.
The locked floor plan from Stage 01 and the exterior direction from Stage 02 both feed directly into every interior decision made here. Nothing designed in Stage 03 exists in isolation it all connects back to what was resolved before.
How it worksStage 03 is different from the earlier stages in one important way: it moves room by room. You're never looking at ten spaces at once. Each room is designed, delivered, and signed off before the next one begins. That keeps the process manageable and means every decision is made with full attention not rushed through as part of a bigger package.
We always start with the kitchen. It's the most complex space, the one with the most decisions, and the one that sets the tone for everything else. Once the kitchen is signed off, we move through the remaining four spaces in an agreed order usually around 7 business days per room, with all five resolved within approximately 4 weeks.
You tell me what you need. I tell you the price tier it sits in and where the money actually makes a difference. You go and find it.

The standard five spaces are confirmed before design begins. Fee structure, turnaround, and what to expect from each room are all set out clearly in writing before a single design decision is made.

Always. The kitchen informs everything downstream materials, joinery profiles, tones. Getting it right first means the rest of the house follows a resolved direction rather than chasing a moving target.

Two 3D render options per space. A video walkthrough covering the reasoning, the material choices, where cost can be reduced without losing the feel, and any structural or builder notes. You review, mark your direction in the dashboard, and we move to the next room.

Once every room is resolved, I produce the final 2D elevations for every space and update the floor plan to incorporate every decision made across the entire project. This is the document set that goes to your draftsman and builder. The design work is done.
The Five Spaces
Space 01
Kitchen
Always first. Layout, joinery, benchtops, splashback, appliances, materials. The space that sets the tone for the whole interior.
Space 02
Ensuite + walk-in robe
Wet area design, tiles, tapware, vanity direction, joinery for the robe. Both resolved together as a connected pair.
Space 03
Laundry or butler's pantry
Depending on the design. Joinery, storage, materials functional spaces that are worth getting right before you start specifying.
Space 04
Bathroom + powder room
Tiles, tapware, vanity, fixtures. Resolved in line with the material direction established in the ensuite.
Space 05
Your choice
One additional space of your choosing living room, main bedroom, study, entry. Confirmed at the start of Stage 03.

For each of the five rooms, I record a walkthrough of both options the design decisions, the material choices, where you can spend less without it showing, and any structural or builder notes. Five spaces, five videos. By the time you've watched each one, you know what you want and why.

Lighting + Electrical Design
Maps out the full electrical layout and lighting schedule so your electrician is briefed from day one. Lighting is one of the most underestimated decisions in a renovation get it wrong and no amount of beautiful joinery fixes it.

Fixtures + Finishes Schedule
Every material, fixture, and finish across the whole project exterior and interior compiled into one clean document. Goes to the builder, trades, and anyone else who needs to know exactly what is being specified and where.

A few honest things worth knowing
Some details will shift slightly as you move through consultant packages structural engineer, land surveyor, civil. That is normal. The design direction is locked. The consultants work within it.
The 2D elevations produced at the end of Stage 03 are not permit-ready construction documentation. They are a fully resolved design brief your draftsman takes to permit stage. That's exactly what they're designed to be and because the design thinking has already been done, the draftsman's job is documentation, not design.
If more than four weeks pass between Stage 03 sign-off and an optional upgrade, pricing may be reviewed on restart. Just worth knowing upfront.
