FTLO with create a second ‘Pintrest’ mood board, ready for you to add some briefing images so we can best understand ‘your style’ for the interiors of your home. This acts as a brief and reference point throughout the ‘whole’ home design process.

We will provide you again with 2 Concepts, typically one is your ‘dream’ architectural form, and one that is a little more modest. Showing off the formal qualities of EACH internal space.

Instead of working step by step selecting materials, floor plan adjustments, joinery, fixtures the list goes on……. We work on each space starting with the kitchen and move through the house week by week with one room as a focus.

Both delivered as 3D visuals with a video walkthrough explaining the approach, the materials, and where the money is going.

AGAIN we will provide you with notes and feedback for areas to discuss with your engineer and building team. Cost saving areas on where to pull back on when talking through budgets with your builder. You will be FULLY armed with knowledge about your design so you can lead it through to construction.
