FTLO with create a ‘Pintrest’ mood board, ready for you to add some briefing images so we can best understand ‘your style’ for your home. This acts as a brief for us to design some concepts for the exterior of your home.

We will provide you again with 2 Concepts, typically one is your ‘dream’ architectural form, and one that is a little more modest. Showing off the formal qualities of the existing home. But also providing a cost-effective architectural transformation.

Both delivered as 3D visuals with a video walkthrough explaining the approach, the materials, and where the money is going.

Here we will provide you with notes and feedback for areas to discuss with your engineer and building team.
